Working closely with the scientists, the research centre has been planned and designed as per CPCSEA Guidelines for Laboratory Animal Facility. Designed, located and constructed to provide a suitable environment for the species to be housed, the Animal House incorporates all facilities sufficient for the predetermined activities to be carried out within stipulated norms for such facilities. The Animal House will provide a safe environment for the Scientists, Technicians, Associated staff and Employees by separating movements of animals and providing clean corridors with state-of-art safety provisions. The facility accommodates exquisitely controlled environments for the care and maintenance of experimental animals and is vital to the support of a proper, safe, and humane research.
