Planned as an integrated facility catering to the growing needs of the city, the project is located in the heart of the city along Mall road. Collage Design worked with the client as part of the Design Build team to submit a competitive bid for the project. The Interstate Bus Terminus will be the anchor for the project with the parking structure and Retail facilities providing the financial support for the operation and maintenance of the campus. Iconic structure with dedicated circulation pattern for each program will make this facility the new centre of the city. Dedicated spaces for retail, offices, cinemas and parking were planned to work independent and support each other for a seamless operation of the facility.
