Collage Design has been retained by the client to realign and enhance the Masterplan of its facilities located at Anik Chembur Yard. After undertaking a detailed study of the existing facilities, vehicular and goods movement, operation and service requirement, a new Masterplan and individual building design has been created to fill in the gaps in programming and provide a State-of-Art facility capable of handling the complex projects within the site. The new entrance gate with security rooms creates a new identity for the campus while addressing the stringent security requirements for vehicular and pedestrian movements. A new administration building and dining facility provides the much needed amenities for the campus with an identity working with the rest of the campus.
